Chocolate Covered Oreos

Make ahead:  I made orange and green royal icing.  Using the #32 tip I made single shells on a piece of wax paper.  I then came back with a small round tip (#2 or #3) and added a little stem.  These can be made months in advance.

Dip Oreos in chocolate and place dried royal icing pumpkin on cookie while chocolate is still wet.

  1. What cake are you making now? I thought I saw you say that you are done with cakes and you can relax now on FB. Are you already working on Grace's Birthday? BTW, don't expect anything spectacular for Matisse's cake:) Can't wait to see you on Thurs!

  2. I'm working on the post for my latest cake and cookies. I have not begun to work on Grace's cake - it will have to be something pretty simple due to my lack of time to work on it this week. The post should be up later today (after the event). I'm very much looking forward to visiting with you!
